Using patented global award winning microbubble technology (Desai-Zimmerman FO technology), Matsya Technologies Limited has developed several unit operations which work synergistically to produce protein at the lowest cost. One of the core technologies (DZFO) is capable of extreme low cost oxygen transfer which accelerates growth resulting in a step change in productivity. Our core technology can be used in extensive pond or intensive RAS based systems significantly reducing the operating cost per kg fish produced.
Our systems

We observe that high productivity is directly linked to fish health and welfare which our systems are design to satisfy. We provide retrofit or new build options to any scale with payback linked to location, land and access to energy, but typically within <1-2y for larger scale / multiple module installations.
